GOOD NEWS.
GREAT JOY

OUR GOAL IS TO DEMONSTRATE GOD’S LOVE TO CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse. Each year shoebox gifts are used by local Christians in more than 100 receiving countries, as a strategy for evangelism and discipleship in their communities. More important than the items inside the shoebox, the gifts are an opportunity to share God’s love—and the Good News of Jesus Christ—with children in need.

HOW TO PACK A SHOE BOX

  1. Pick up a preprinted shoebox (available in our church lobby)
  2. Pray for the child who will receive your gift and select a label for your box (Boy/Girl/Age Group)
  3. Fill your box with items that will bless a child such as dolls, ball w/pump, stuffed animal.  For gift ideas, download a list of suggested items AT THIS LINK HERE . Please do not include candy; toothpaste; gum; used or damaged items; scary or war-related items; seeds; food; liquids or lotions; medications or vitamins; breakable items or glass containers; aerosol cans
  4. Donate $10 per box (to cover shipping and other fees). Your label will have a QR Code that you can scan to easily donate, activate and enable the tracking feature of your box so you know the country where your box will be delivered to.
